Simply use the return envelope enclosed with your electric bill. The correct address is printed on the envelope. Your cancelled check is your receipt and serves as proof of payment. Be sure to include the top portion of your electric bill with your payment.
When mailing your payments without the top portion of your bill, be sure to include your name, service address, and electric account number to ensure your account is properly credited. Allow up to 5 days for your payment to be posted to your account.
