KPCO 2023 All Source RFP
KPCO has issued this 2023 All-Source RFP to satisfy the need for additional capacity resources consistent with their 2022 Integrated Resource Plan as follows:
- ~875 MW of Accredited Summer Capacity, and
- ~1,300 MW of Accredited Winter Capacity

Wind and Solar RFP seeking energy, capacity, environmental attributes, and ancillary services via one or more PPAs. |
| Thermal (PPA) |
Thermal RFP seeking energy, capacity, and ancillary services via one or more PPAs. |
| Standalone Storage (PPA) |
Standalone Storage RFP seeking energy, capacity, and ancillary services via one or more PPAs with a Battery Storage Resource. |
To qualify for consideration resources must interconnect to PJM or to Kentucky Power Distribution. Refer to the RFP for additional requirements.
Proposals are due November 8, 2023. All proposal responses should be directed to the RFP BOX Account outlined in the RFP documents.
